Bonita Boat Center is seeking a dedicated Service Advisor to join our service center team in here in Bonita Springs, FL.

As a Service Advisor , you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing outstanding service and support.

Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with their inquiries, resolve any issues or concerns, and ensure their overall satisfaction.

You will write and coordinate service work, answer product-related questions, and provide timely updates to customers.

Responsibilities :

• Provide excellent customer service by answering phone calls and responding to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
• Assist customers with their orders, product information, and any other inquiries they may have.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and order information in the database.
• Write work orders, communicate with technicians and vendors to ensure parts and sublet services needed for repairs are scheduled / performed in a timely manner.
• Stay current on the marine industry in general and aftermarket and add-on items in particular to be able to upsell them to the customers.
• Coordinate with the manufacturer and / or extended warranty companies to get approval in advance of repairs; follow up on warranty shortages and claims requiring additional information / parts / pictures
• Communicate with the customer during repairs
• Finalize and invoice work orders and coordinate customer pick-up
• Perform follow-up phone calls and e-mails
• Provide prompt, detailed and timely flow of all paperwork
• Other duties as assigned
